He specialises in the structuring and execution of complex procurement and commercial engagements, with particular strengths in strategic sourcing, supplier identification, negotiation, contracts, due diligence, transaction management and risk assessment. His practical approach combines commercial judgement with detailed verification to identify viable suppliers, resolve obstacles and support informed decision-making from initial requirement through to delivery.
Raffael has developed an extensive international network of suppliers, primary producers, asset owners, manufacturers, trading organisations, financial institutions and commercial decision-makers. These relationships provide CGP with direct access to markets across Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, enabling the business to respond to specialised, difficult-to-source and cross-border procurement requirements.
Throughout his career, Raffael has worked across high-value and commercially sensitive transactions where careful coordination between buyers, suppliers, advisers, financial institutions and logistics providers is critical.
