HORIZON
AERIAL ASSETS ACQUISITION & DISPOSAL
CGP Horizon service connects buyers and sellers directly, typically in off-market sales.
We work with insurance, leasing and finance providers and can manage the sale or liquidation of aircraft and aviation assets being retired or released.
CGP can also access brand-new Boeing, Bombardier, Airbus and other manufacturer allocations that become available unexpectedly, to be delivered far sooner than manufacturer's regular lead times.
This can happen when an existing buyer does not complete the purchase, a delivery position is released, an allocation changes hands or a transaction falls through.
Wherever possible, the focus is on direct and off-market opportunities rather than aircraft already heavily circulated through broker networks.
The horizon is not a boundary, but an invitation.

COMPLEX & BESPOKE PROCUREMENT
Some requirements cannot be satisfied through conventional supply channels.
CGP Horizon service specialises in procurement where the market is limited, fragmented, international, technically specialised or commercially complex.
We identify appropriate markets, establish credible supply options and assess the commercial and operational capability of prospective suppliers before recommendations are made. This capability is particularly valuable where a requirement involves:
-
Specialised or hard-to-source equipment
-
International manufacturers or asset owners
-
Complex technical specifications
-
High-value procurement
-
Time-sensitive requirements
-
Multiple suppliers or jurisdictions
-
Challenging logistics or supply chains
-
Significant commercial or counterparty risk
CGP's objective is not simply to locate a product or supplier, but to establish a practical and defensible pathway from requirement to delivery.

Public-sector procurement requires a high standard of accountability, transparency and commercial discipline.
CGP's approach is designed to operate within the procurement, governance and probity requirements established by the client and to support informed and properly documented decision-making.
GOVERNMENT & PUBLIC SECTOR
Access to defence aviation and aerial firefighting is often a sudden priority for government operators and sovereign buyers.
Our work focuses on:
-
Clear definition of the procurement requirement
-
Appropriate market engagement
-
Fair and objective supplier assessment
-
Value-for-money analysis
-
Supplier capability and risk assessment
-
Commercial transparency
-
Conflict-of-interest awareness
-
Protection of confidential information
-
Documented due diligence and decision support
-
Responsible supply-chain management
Where CGP is engaged as part of a government or institutional procurement, we work within the applicable procurement framework, delegations and approval processes of that organisation.
REAL-TIME RESPONSES TO URGENT REQUIREMENTS
Relationships extend across manufacturers and operators, delivery pilots, ground service providers and a network of industry personnel who are our eyes and ears on the ground and in the air, around the clock.
Because not everything can wait.
Capability includes large commercial aircraft and helicopters together with engines and major components.
This extends to specialist mission aircraft and surplus aviation assets including fleet disposals and suitable ex-military or government equipment.
AVIATION TRANSACTIONS & COMMERCIAL SUPPORT
CGP Horizon takes care of the commercial work around an aircraft transaction so buyers and sellers can get to the deal faster. That includes putting the transaction documents together properly, dealing with intermediary protections and fee arrangements, preparing information packs and coordinating the specialist support needed to complete the transaction.
Horizon Service keeps the structure lean, limits unnecessary intermediary involvement and keeps the costs sensible so the transaction stays direct and manageable.
Fewer headaches. Faster decisions. Ready to move before another buyer purchases the aircraft.
The horizon is the boundary of our sight, not of our abilities.
